PUBLICATION OF THE DRAFT BROAD-BASED SOCIO-ECONOMIC EMPOWERMENT CHARTER FOR THE MINING AND MINERALS INDUSTRY, 2018

The Minister of Mineral Resources has published the draft Broad Based Socio-Economic Empowerment Charter for the Mining and Minerals Industry, 2018 for public comment.

Interested and affected parties have to submit written representations on the draft Mining Charter within 30 days (i.e on or before 16 July 2018) of publication of the notice.
